1. Access your customer portal

Visit my.polyworks.com and create an account using your professional email address.

On this portal, you’ll find everything you need, including software downloads, a comprehensive knowledge base, technical support, and a community forum to ask questions and share insights.

MyPolyWorks is a centralized online portal designed by InnovMetric to streamline the customer experience for PolyWorks users.

2. Download your licensed products

Once logged in, go to the Software Downloads section and choose the version of PolyWorks you want to install.

Log in to MyPolyWorks to download software, activate products, request support, or explore a rich knowledge base.

3. Install PolyWorks

Unzip the downloaded package and execute the setup file.

Follow the on-screen installation instructions.

Install PolyWorks to unlock powerful 3D metrology tools and streamline your dimensional inspection workflows.

4. Activate your PolyWorks node-locked licenses using the USB dongle

Once the installation is completed, the PolyWorks License Manager window is automatically displayed.

Insert the PolyWorks USB dongle and follow the Installation Guide instructions to activate PolyWorks using your node-locked licenses.
