Zoom Becomes the New Video Conferencing Platform for PolyWorks Support and Training Services in Canada and the United States

To enhance the customer experience across Canada and the United States, InnovMetric is adopting Zoom Meetings as the primary video conferencing and screen-sharing platform for PolyWorks® technical support services.
The legacy platform, GoTo Meeting, will be phased out starting January 1, 2027, and replaced by Zoom for all technical support purposes.
Online training sessions will also transition from Microsoft Teams to Zoom in the coming months, providing a consistent collaboration experience across both support and training services.
This transition reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality customer service through a secure, reliable, and widely trusted platform.
